Achievements for 2021
2021 has been a busy year, we have made enhancements to all our products. Thank you, our customers for partnering with us to make 2021 a great year.
Software Releases
Our software team completed 57 public release updates across all our product lines which included hundreds of enhancements, improvements, changes, fixes, customer requests, new reports, customer special projects, and new features. In addition, we completed almost as many releases of custom software tools for given customers which help with replenishment and order writing, raw material need calculation, data and record audits, purchase order creation, product costing and similar.
Product Launches
We publicly launched GrowerEDI to ease the EDI onboarding and integration process, improve data flows, automate interactions, and provide the data transformations to give growers actionable, usable data.
We launched our Data Consulting and PowerBI solutions and Sage X3 Products and Services. Data Consulting and PowerBI saves growers countless hours now that they don’t have to manually build repetitive reports. Sage X3 Products and Services offerings allows our team to complement your existing reseller and internal team with new capabilities in key areas that are very time consuming and error prone without the proper tools and experience.
Software Integrations
We created an integration with LandscapeHub, giving growers who sell via GrowerOnline the ability to also sell green goods directly on LandscapeHub. GrowerOnline and LandscapeHub customers wanted an easier way to automate sending availability across multiple systems, so we worked with LandscapeHub to create an integration to sync online availability automatically between GrowerOnline and LandscapeHub.
With the new automated integration between LandscapeHub and GrowerOnline, suppliers no longer have to manually update multiple systems in Excel, CSV, or XML formats. Existing GrowerOnline customers who already have their availabilities in the GrowerOnline platform can now automatically send them to LandscapeHub through an API (Application Programming Interface).
Data and Reporting Automations
Our DTS customers benefitted from the completion of the rollout of our DTS Notifier automation feature that allows us to create and send tailored, formatted emails with relevant business metrics such as sales summaries, year over year comparisons, top ten stores or SKU and similar. All done completely automatically and formatted so that you can see your key metrics at a glance on your mobile device. These changes alone save our customers hundreds of man hours per year and move the actual decision making data directly to the key users of your business.
We have delivered over 80 PowerBI report and dashboard pages to our customers this year. These reports refresh automatically and give both tabular and graphical views of key operational details like sales, production variances, shipping and similar.
Cloud Adoption
We continued to see more growers migrate to the safety, security, and reliability of the cloud by taking advantage of our GrowPoint Cloud
Customer Support
Our team spent hundreds of hours working with our customers providing direct support, consulting, and collaboration on operational areas, data, retailer interactions and setup assistance, production, payroll, accounting, replenishment, online sales, EDI, and reporting to name just a few areas of support.
We surveyed all our customers to learn what you love about our products and what you would like us to improve. We appreciate your collaboration; we would not be the company we are today without your support. Your feedback and ideas continue to enable us to make improvements that we will continue in the future.
