Switch to Work Suite.

Moving off an old system is the hardest part of choosing a new one. So we move the data for you: we connect, map, and import your records — and refresh them at go-live.

How the switch works

The whole move, in three steps.

01

Connect

We connect Work Suite to your current system at the source, set up once with your team. No hand exports, no spreadsheets in the middle.

02

Map

We build the field mappings with you — ship-to addresses, SKUs, container codes, PO numbers, each landing in the right Work Suite field — and every mapping is reviewed and adjustable before it runs.

03

Import

We run the import for you, and every record is logged so you can see exactly what moved. Your team trains on real customers and real orders — then, before you go live, we refresh the import so day one starts on current data.

What comes across

Day one looks like your operation.

Customers

Accounts, ship-to locations, store numbers, territories, and contacts — the book of business that took years to build.

Items

SKUs, descriptions, sizes, container codes, UPCs, and item groups — the catalog, ready to sell on day one.

Orders

Order numbers, PO numbers, lines, and quantities — open business keeps moving while you change systems.

Whatever you run today

There’s a rail for your data.

Where a direct connection exists, we read customers, items, and orders straight from your current system’s database — mapped field by field, imported by our team. No hand exports, no re-keying.

Everywhere else, flat-file import and SFTP bring your data in without hand-keying, and your accounting system stays connected either way.

Retailer programs come with you, too: big-box EDI and pay-by-scan are native to Work Suite, so the programs you ship today keep running on the new system.

No big-bang cutover

Real data to train on, current data at go-live.

Your team keeps working in the old system while we get Work Suite ready. Because your real customers and real orders are already imported, training happens on records everyone recognizes — and before you switch, we refresh the import so day one starts current. Start with the most painful workstream, prove it in that lane, and cut over when the season allows. And you’re not doing it alone: department-by-department training, live support, and a dedicated success manager carry the switch into daily use.

Asked before switching

The questions that decide it.

Do our numbers survive the move?
Yes. Customers, items, and orders come across with their identifiers intact — customer codes, SKUs, order numbers, and PO numbers — so nothing loses its name on the way over.
Can we keep the old system running while we switch?
Yes — your team keeps working there while we get Work Suite ready. We import your data so training happens on real records, and we refresh the import at go-live so you start on current numbers. Nobody stops shipping.
Who actually helps us through the switch?
Real people, start to finish. Your rollout is scoped with you, data is cleaned before it drives a single workflow, and department-by-department training, live support, and a dedicated success manager carry the platform into daily use.
What about our accounting system?
It stays. Work Suite syncs orders, customers, items, and invoices with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Dynamics 365 through one unified accounting integration.
Who owns our data once it moves?
You do. Your data is yours — everything lives on one shared operating record, and enterprise programs include a formal SLA plus a security review as part of scoping.
How long does a switch take?
That depends on what you are moving and what your season allows. Migrations are staged around your calendar — tell us what you run today and we will scope the order of operations with you.
