The questions that come up most.

Does Work Suite replace our ERP?
Yes, it can absolutely replace your ERP, but it does not have to. Work Suite is a full ERP and your operational system of record: it runs the order end to end (availability, allocation, dock scan, invoice, EDI 856). Run it as your whole ERP, or adopt only the modules you need and integrate what you keep. Either way it syncs to your books (QuickBooks today; Xero, NetSuite, Sage, and Dynamics on one integration), so your accountant gets the numbers where they expect them.
Can it handle big-box pay-by-scan?
Yes. EDI and pay-by-scan are native, not an add-on. Acknowledgments, advance ship notices, and scan-based reconciliation are all built into the order lifecycle.
How fast can a new picker learn it?
The dock flow is one screen: find the order, scan, ship. Most teams are working orders on day one, because the app mirrors what they already do at the dock.
