GrowPoint 20.19 Release

What’s New

  • Changes made in the GrowPoint platform regarding the Message screen
  • Customs related to spring shipping needs in AR and Inventory
  • QuickBooks Utility – allow for the mapping of a QB item to discount GL accounts
  • General Ledger Utility – import GL Transactions from spreadsheet

What’s Fixed

  • GL Transaction List was not showing the Vendor/Customer code column values
  • Sales Order GL accounts were filling in from the AR Defaults when they should be left blank

What’s Up – Features and Fixes Coming Soon

  • Fix multiple tabs being closed when a user selects closing a single tab on Invoices
  • Balance & Activity Report – Fix option for memos from AP displaying duplicates
  • Cash Requirements report – expand all fields for option without Details
  • AP History Report – correct showing same report for Detail or Non-Detail
  • Eliminate error message on Price Level tab in Inventory when attempting to enter a date on the main screen and not the Edit Price Level screen
  • Expand screen on User Defined Inventory Characteristics
  • AR Setup Option – to populate sales order GL accounts from the Ship To or Bill To customer
  • Add option to QB setup that will make the transaction date be the Posting Date
  • Change to prevent an invalid “Record in Use” error on the Check Reconciliation screen
