What’s New

  • ARPost.app – Option to QB setup to have the transaction date same as the Posting Date
  • Expand screen on User Defined Inventory Characteristics
  • AR Setup – Added option to populate sales order GL accounts from the “Ship To” customer GL accounts vs the “Bill To” customer GL accounts
  • GrowerOnline Sync Availability – Activity Log to identify Availability items that did not sync due to missing product
  • GrowerOnline – Administration SQL to save a backup of the previous SQL txt when saving new SQL txt
  • Update Sales Order Ship To Info – Enhance Existing Utility

What’s Fixed

  • Growpoint Invoice/Acknowledgement is clearing all Tabs when select only one
  • Balance & Activity Report – Option to Show GL Account Notes creating multiple Pages.
  • Cash Requirements Report – Showing ************** on summary only
  • AP History Report – Detail/Non-Detail option Showing the Same Report
  • Error on date field in Price Level tab of Products screen when attempting to edit
  • Check Reconcile – rare instance of “Error 109 – Record in use”
  • Inventory Post App – When updating the GL table only one side of transaction was saved
  • Rebuild Inventory On Hand Quantity – Error Open Table on Run

What’s Up – Features and Fixes Coming Soon

  • Mailing List does not show customers that do not have posted orders
  • Sales Order – when the user cancels out of the Allow Payment on Save option, the system can leave blank records in the payment table
  • Due Date utility will have an additional column for the current due date
