GrowPoint 20.23 and 20.24

We have released 20.24 which includes all changes in 20.23 on 6/03/20. This week has a return to enhancements to the General Accounting modules of GrowPoint from customer requests.

What’s New

  • Mailing label grid to show what you have selected
  • Customer Detail Aging Report – Adjust format to show long sales order numbers from Grower Online and master order releases
  • Refresh GL account list on GL tab when adding a new account to the list
  • AP Transaction ‘Description’ field enlarged from 30 to 50 characters
  • AP Vendor Aging Report – Remembers User Preferences
  • Added User Identity to Posting Grid as “Created by”
  • AP Transaction Find grid to show User Identity as “Created by”
  • LabelView- Add “Round to nearest” option for print quantity to match labels per page setup and an option to save a path for picture export

What’s Fixed

  • Fixed the ARPost.App creating an Error when posting a Reverse Payment
  • Rebuild Inventory OnHand Quantity Utility – Corrected issue with negative Adjustments
  • Omit Item from Lookup – removing items from Inventory Product Searches
  • Creating a Vendor through PO Screen causes zero key in the Vendor file
  • GL Balance and Activity Report – Error at line 295 in some cases
  • GrowerOnline Order Import – Not bringing in Retail Price for spreadsheet.

What’s Up – Features and Fixes Coming Soon

  • Enhancements to the General Ledger: reference fields to show on reports
  • Check Reconciliation report: option to sort by check number or date
  • Warn user when attempting to change GL account type
