2019 has been a year of enhancement on all our product lines.

• Our team completed 47 public release updates across all our product lines which included hundreds of enhancements, improvements, changes, fixes, customer requests, new reports, customer special projects, and new features.

• We launched our new GrowerOnline product to provide growers the capability to list and sell their availability online.

• We made additions to our technical development staff and organizational changes to improve our product development execution.

• We continued to see more growers migrate to the safety, security, and reliability of the cloud by taking advantage of our GrowPoint Cloud offering.

• Our team spent hundreds of hours working with our customers providing direct support, consulting and collaboration on operational areas, data, retailer interactions and setup assistance, production, payroll, accounting, online sales, EDI and reporting to name just a few areas of support.

In 2020, we plan to further enhance our product family. You will hear more about these changes in the coming year. And, we will continue to provide personalized support.
